Our roots

Francis Machine Solutions was founded in 2001 by father and son, Terry and Richard Francis after many years experience in the industry to give a fresh approach to the supply of amusement and gaming machines to the licensed trade.

Our knowledge of our machines is surpassed only by our quality of service.

We are based in Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire which is in the heart of the UK, not far from The Midlands and Birmingham city centre. Service Engineers

Our service engineers are on call from 08.00am until 10.00pm 364 days per year. They all receive regular in-house and manufacturer training to keep them abreast of modern technology’s. They will arrive with you as soon as possible with a fully stocked vehicle of spares so as to get your equipment up and running without delay.

Administration Team

Whatever your query, our office team will do their upmost to help you. Be it a simple request for a machine change or an accounts query. All our staff are equally trained so you are never passed from department to department.
